Why did the event happen? What was the cause triggering the event?
The case began in September 1982, where tylenol which is one Johson & Johson products contaminated by cyanide and left seven people died in Chicago. The case of the death of the consumer is a horrendous tragedy and extraordinary spotlight by the media and the American public. This was followed on various reports and news about 250 deaths and illnesses as a result of taking Tylenol capsules.
It is unfortunate, the large enterprises and reliable class Johson & Johson with pain medication flagship product sales level is very large it is rumored that the drug is not safe because contaminated by cyanide. If related to the theory, the issue will arise when there is a gap or gaps between the expectations of the public with the activities of the organization. This is what triggered the crisis in this company.

THE MORAL IN ISLAM

The succes or failure of a nation to achieve the goals depend on “commited” whether or not the people to the values of morality. If it is committed against the morals , and the people shall succeed. And vice viersa, if it ignores character so the nation will be destroyed. So that’s why the first mission of Prophet Muhammad is moral improvement, perfecting the morality. And also he is prototype of human that has pefect moral. Allah immortalize in the Qur'an Sura al-Qalam : "Verily, you (Muhammad) is really the great virtuous character. Based on the above verse, the Sufis called the Prophet Muhammad SAW as al-insan al-kamil, the perfect man since Adam prototype until the end of time. Aas the people of the Prophet Muhammad, we regard make him as uswah hasanah (paragon) in all facets of life, as Allah says in the Qur'an Sura al-Ahzab verse 21 : “Verily in the messenger of Allah ye have a good example for him who looketh unto Allah and the Last Day, and remembereth Allah much.” Regarding the Prophet Muhammad as uswatun hasanah in all aspects of life that is the fanatic Moslem (totally).

Hidup di mata kalian apa?

I'm back to this blog. :D I miss you.... Baik kali ini saya akan menuliskan inspirasi saya seputar kehidupan yang saya dapatkan selama saya vakum dari dunia maya ini. :D Menurut kalian hidup itu apa? Barang, definisi? atau yang lain?

Hidup dapat dijabarkan dalam bentuk berbagai macam.

Menurut aku, hidup adalah sebuh anugerah, kepercayaan dari Yang Maha Kuasa. Mereka yang hidup adalah pilihan, so... kita adalah pilihan. Kita dipercaya untuk menjalankan misi. Misi itu harus benar-benara tertanam dalam hati dan pikiran kita. Namun dalam realitanya, banyak dari kita tidak amanah. Tidak amanah? maksudnya adalah melalaikan misi kita dan mengutamakan nafsu kita. Memang hidup kita dipenuhi nafsu namun setidaknya kita makhluk berperasaan dan berakal. So, whats for we have those? But its ok, I believe you've known. Tetapi , bukan berarti kita hanya terpaku pada misi dari hidup ini, karena itu juga tak akan baik. menimbulkan perilaku egois dan individual. Realitanya, kita hidup tidak sendiri, kita tetap berkomunikasi satu sama lain. :) So, disni perihal membagi waktu sangat diperlukan. Wow, lumayan ribet? Engga juga kalau kita bisa menyikapinya sebagai bagian dari proses misi kita. Yups, di dunia ini Tuhan menciptakan segalanya saling berkaitan. :D Mmm... banyak sebnrnya yang mau aku sampaikan tpi wktunya engga memungkinkan. Mungkin itu menurut anda hal yang terlalu umum, tapi ingat! banyak manusia melupakannya. :D So, do the best, respect each other! kalau ada yang mau mendefinisikan juga, koment aja engga apa2. kita bisa slaing berbagi demi kemajuan bersama.
